1 month / 5 image Listing: $5.00

3 month / 10 image Listing: $9.00

6 month / 15 image Listing: $15.00

12 month / 20 image listing: $20.00


My property sold! How do I remove my listing?

Simply put the word “Sold” in the subject line of your ad! You’ll need to log in with your email address and access key to do so of course.


How do I edit my listing?

Go to Edit Ad and enter the email address you used to create the listing and the Ad Access Key you received with your email confirmation (Here’s how to retrieve your Ad Access Key if you lost or deleted the original).

Make any changes and click CONTINUE. You’ll then be take to the image upload page. Add or delete any images, then click FINISH to see a preview of your ad.

Please note that ALL images are reviewed and approved by our staff before they’re published, so you may not see them immediately.


How do I retrieve my Ad Access Key?

Go to the Ad Access Key retrieval page and enter the email address you used when you created the ad. Click CONTINUE and you’ll be sent the access key(s) for any listings under that email address.


I just created an ad and paid for it. How come I don’t see it in the listings?

Our staff reviews ALL ads before they’re published on the site. We typically will review and approve within 24 hours, but feel free to email us to let us know that you’ve posted a new ad.

Our staff reviews ALL IMAGES before they’re published on the site. We typically will review and approve within 24 hours, but feel free to email us to let us know that you’ve posted a new image requiring approval.


Will you act as my Realtor? Do I need to have a Realtor?

SustainableSources.com does not act as a seller, realtor, or real estate agent. The role of SustainableSources.com is limited to online publishing of paid advertising of real properties. We do not show properties, negotiate contracts, verify claims made in ads, nor get involved in any way between seller and buyer. SustainableSources.com acts as the initial point of contact only.

We strongly recommend that you employ the services of a qualified, licensed Realtor to complete your transaction, whether you are the seller or buyer, to insure that all legal requirements are met.


Can you recommend a Realtor? An Appraiser?

Check the Green Building Professionals Directory for Realtors, appraisers, home inspectors, and other contractors in your area.


How do I pay for a listing?

We accept payment by PayPal, credit card, or check/money order.

If you’re paying by PayPal (funds transfer or credit card – you don’t have to be a PayPal member), just start the process by going to the Place Ad page and you’ll be walked through the process.

My property hasn’t sold – can I renew the listing?

Yes, of course! Notices that your ad is about to expire are emailed a few days before expiration, and contain a link to renew. You also have the ability to renew through the Edit function.


Can I get notified when a new listing is posted?

Yes! You can subscribe to our RSS feed.


I’m looking for a specific kind of house in my city of choice… can I get notified when one is listed?

We’re working on setting up filtered notifications. Until those are ready, our RSS feed is your best bet.


I’m a realtor (or developer). Can I get a bulk deal on multiple listings?

Absolutely! We now offer annual bulk subscriptions which allow you to buy a set number of ad slots at a time. If one property sells, delete it and create a new property listing. Bulk subscriptions are available in annual subscriptions of 5, 10, 20, or 40 simultaneous ads, and of course you can upgrade from a lower to higher number at any time.
